Tuition and registration fee is due upon registering. If tuition is late and past the 6th of the month, there will be a $10.00 late fee added to your account. All payments can be as cash, check, credit or debit. There will be a $25.00 fee for any returned checks.
Proper Dance attire is required for all dance classes. Please view class dress code sheet or see the office for a list of proper leotard, tights and shoes for each class. For every class the student's hair must be pulled back (away from face) in a ponytail or bun.
If you have a child in more than one class or more than one child attending Platinum School of Performing Arts, we do our very best to keep them in one show; however we cannot guarantee it.
Tuition, costumes and all remaining balances must be paid in full prior to the recital to receive tickets.
If your child is sick or was unable to attend his or her scheduled class, we will allow them to make-up the class if the class you picked was level and age appropriate for the dancer. Platinum School of Performing Arts does this as a courtesy to our clients, no credit or refunds will be given.
PSOPA will follow the Fulton County School calendar for closings related to bad weather. Be sure to call the studio office for any additional information. If the class is canceled due to bad weather we are not required to make the class up.
Platinum School of Performing Arts will not be held liable for any injury or accident that occurs in class or on school premises. We are not responsible for any belongings left in the studio. Platinum School of Performing Arts has the right to consolidate classes if they have less than the minimum of 5 students per class. By reading the above policies we hope that you are fully aware and can abide by our rules and regulations. Please feel free to contact the studio with any questions or concerns.
